If you lose the code, the office can issue a new one. Nobody can read the old one
back, not even them.

Statuses, notes and punches wait on the phone and send when you are back in range. They keep
the time you tapped, not the time they sent — so do not stand on a roof waiting for a spinner.

Use the microphone on your keyboard for notes and diagnoses. It sorts what you say into
fields and shows them to you before anything saves.

Before you go in, it shows what has been wrong at that address before and what fixed it.
